We ask that the floor is cleared before we arrive. We can help move light items on-site but ask that heavy equipment, large shelving units, and vehicles are removed before the crew shows up. We'll confirm this at the estimate.

Most cracks and surface damage can be repaired as part of the prep process. We'll assess this during the estimate and quote it into the job. We don't coat over problems — we fix them first.
